Iririki Island Resort & Spa is seeking an exceptional and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our resort. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced hospitality executive who combines commercial excellence with inspirational leadership and a passion for sustainable tourism.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the resort's strategic vision.

- Deliver strong financial performance and sustainable profitability.

- Lead all operational departments to world-class hospitality standards.

- Inspire, mentor and develop the executive leadership team.

- Drive exceptional guest experiences and service excellence.

- Expand domestic and international tourism partnerships.

- Lead sales, marketing and business development initiatives.

- Oversee governance, compliance and risk management.

- Foster strong relationships with government, tourism bodies, local communities and business partners.

- Build a high-performance organizational culture focused on accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.

Selection Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism or a related field.

- Minimum 10 years senior executive leadership experience within luxury hotels, resorts or integrated hospitality operations.

- Proven success managing multi-department hospitality businesses.

- Strong financial management, budgeting and commercial acumen.

- Demonstrated ability to improve profitability and operational performance.

- Experience leading organizational change and business transformation.

- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong understanding of international tourism markets.

- Experience working in island, regional or remote destinations is highly desirable.

- A commitment to developing local talent and building inclusive and high-performing teams.
