Job Description
Iririki Island Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced, motivated and customer focused Sales & Reservations Manager to lead our Reservations team and drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Reservations team to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Manage all resort and local reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Respond promptly to reservation enquiries and guest correspondence.
- Monitor room inventory, occupancy levels and booking trends to maximize revenue.
- Prepare occupancy forecasts and reservation reports.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, wholesalers and corporate clients.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Train, mentor and motivate reservations staff while maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure all reservation procedures and company policies are consistently followed.

Selection Criteria
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Reservations or Sales Management role within a hotel or resort.
- Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems (Room Master experience is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Sales and marketing experience within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
