Job Description

- Assist in Key Sales and Operational strategies and their Implementation.

- Keep Informed of new product and development in all categories and to assist in buying requirements and sell out strageties

- Recruit, Train and coach the sale team under their lead.

- Assign Tsks with Deadlines follow up to ensure intended executions.

- Manage the Technical department for installations, repair and warranty

- Delivered on Sale KPI Targets, be they by store, brand, category and team

- Work Together with MD/CEO on creating campaigns, promotions, marketing strategies an ensure in store executions are delivered.

- Create and Direct Portions of a Digital Marketing strategies in support of the great Marketing Plan driving community awareness and growth.

- Prepare EOD, EOM Reports to inform MD/CEO of progress

- Perform First Hour / Last Hour Walk through and initiates actions as required.

Undertaking daily, weekly stock control initiatives, spot counts and working with office to ensure adjustments accordingly

- Organize, train and mentor the sales team with rosters, Holidays and eave request co-ordination.

- Response to customer in a manner consistent and with company guidelines and handling warranty or complaints in line with brand and company guidelines.

Selection Criteria

- Degree Qualifications are not essential but additional learning advantage

- Understanding MS office word, publisher, power point, excel and outlook.

- Solid knowledge of other POS and on Floor retail Procedures.

- Ability to communicate effectively to Customers, Teams and Snr Management .

- A personal interest in music could be advantageous along with technical sales understanding in both consumer / commercial and professional Audio - to lead from the front.

- Ability to interpret and understand sales, margins and performance date.
