Job Description
Iririki Island Resort is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Reservations Manager to lead our Reservations team and help deliver an exceptional guest service experiences.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the day to day operations of the Reservations Department.
• Supervise, coach and develop the Reservations team to achieve high performance.
• Maximise room revenue through effective inventory management and rate optimization.
• Ensure all reservations are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain strong relationships with travel agents, wholesalers, online travel partners and corporate clients.
• Monitor booking trends, occupancy and forecasting to support business objectives.
• Handle complex reservation enquiries, guest requests and escalated issues professionally.
• Work closely with Front Office, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management and other operational departments.
• Prepare regular reports and analyse reservation performance and market trends.

Selection Criteria
• Previous experience in a senior reservations or reservations management role within a hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience using hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and channel management systems.
• A sound understanding of revenue management principles.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to outstanding guest service
