Job Description

Oversee all matters financial from Cashiers, Costing Sheets through to Audit ready accounts – P&Ls, BS

and xlsx Cashflow documents and others.

Track performance KPI for Brand Partners in a manageable fashion.

Prepare Stock Reports from Egonomics to xlsx each month.

Ensure Stock control methods are followed as implemented.

Prepare Sales and Salesperson Worksheets incorporating XLSX and Egonomics

Create and Implement Costings worksheets and financial processes to be followed from stock purchase

to sale and beyond.

Work closely with Operations Manager for seamless workflows.

Operate as Customs Compiler for the company maintain relations

Provide MD & Shareholders with Monthly accounts and performance based KPI achievements and

financial ratios.

Provide Support to Operations/ HR Manager as required

Maintain strong links with Brand Partners and stakeholders on behalf of company.

Work autonomously to provided deadlines.

Selection Criteria

Advanced understanding of MS Office Word, xlsx and Outlook.

Solid understanding software systems.

Ability to interpret data and information for decision making.

Attention to detail and accuracy are critical.

Min 5-10 years of relatable industry experience in similar finance positions
