Rapid Electrical Vanuatu is seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support the Sales Manager in driving business growth, managing key accounts, and leading our sales team in the electrical and Homeware supply sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Lead and support the sales team in achieving targets
- Conduct market research and provide insights to improve sales performance
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales or retail role, preferably in the electrical or hardware industry
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and lights speed/POS systems
