The Ministry of Lands & Natural Resources (the Employer) invites you to submit your quotation for carrying out the works as described herein. Any resulting contract shall be subject to the attached General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and Special Conditions of Contract (SCC). At the time the Contract is awarded the Employer reserves the right to increase or decrease the works required up to 25%.

How to Apply

Closing Date: Tuesday 18th at 4:00 PM, 2026.

Submission Method : Interested bidders are required to submit their quotations in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the RFQ number, to the Department of Water Resources Administration, Port Vila.

Obtaining the RFQ Documents : Interested bidders may request the editable Word version of the RFQ document and the design drawings by emailing Harold Nasawa at hnasawa@vanuatu.gov.vu .
