Job Description

We're looking for someone who:

• Is proud to represent Vanuatu and our locally made products.

• Loves building strong relationships with customers and creating long-term loyalty.

• Is passionate about growing the NOA NOA Cosmetics brand.

• Leads by example with a positive, energetic, professional, and inspiring attitude.

• Has at least 3 years of experience in retail, cosmetics sales, and customer service.

• Is fluent in English (both spoken and written). Fluency in both English and French is a strong advantage.

• Is confident, persuasive, and comfortable negotiating with business partners, suppliers, and corporate clients.

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.

• Is dynamic, proactive, passionate, and self-motivated, with a natural ability to take initiative.

• Is reliable, punctual, hardworking, and well-presented.

• Is capable of supervising the day-to-day operations of the business and handling routine administrative matters when the General Manager is absent, ensuring continuity and smooth operations.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.

• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve outstanding results.

• Develop strong relationships with customers, tourism partners, and business clients.

• Identify and pursue new sales and partnership opportunities.

• Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.

• Support stock management, reporting, and daily administrative tasks.

• Act as the operational point of contact during the General Manager's absence, ensuring that both commercial and administrative activities continue efficiently and professionally.

Selection Criteria

Qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising, International Business, or related field. At least 3 years in retail management, boutique operations, or sales management role.

Experience with export/import procedures. Sales leadership. Inventory control, stock replenishment, loss prevention, store layout and merchandising. Financial literacy.

Strong written and verbal communication (English); customer-facing professionalism.

French is a plus.
