Job Description

The Sales & Events Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales and events team by coordinating bookings, planning events, and ensuring all client requirements are met from enquiry through to completion. The role acts as the main point of contact for clients, prepares event documentation, liaises with hotel departments, and helps deliver successful events while providing excellent customer service. The Sales & Events Coordinator also assists in achieving sales targets by promoting the hotel's facilities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Selection Criteria

.Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

.Previous experience in hotel sales, events, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.

.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

.Strong organisational and time management abilities.

.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation or event management systems.

.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.

.Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
