JOB DESCRIPTION: SENIOR COPIER TECHNICIAN
Job Summary:
The Senior Copier Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and providing technical support for Ricoh copier systems, multifunction printers (MFPs), and related office technology solutions. The role ensures reliable equipment performance and customer satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out mechanical and electrical adjustments
Troubleshoot and repair faults on equipment
Configure and troubleshoot IT devices and networks
Provide on-site and remote network support
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years’ experience as a Copier Technician or similar technical role.
Experience with copier/printer repair, networking, and office automation systems is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
