Job Description
Iririki Island Resort is currently seeking a motivated and experienced HR Officer to support the growth and success of our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading resort and contribute to building a high-performing workforce that delivers outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the HR Supervisor and Manager in the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Assist and guide new employees transition smoothly into the resort environment.
• Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace concerns with fairness, discretion, and professionalism.
• Day to day management of employee personal files
• Assist in the implementation and compliance of HR policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives.

Selection Criteria
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a HR Role.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations is an advantage.
