About the Role
We are seeking an experienced couple to serve as our on-site Owners’ Representatives, acting on behalf of ownership to safeguard the guest experience, protect the asset, and ensure the resort’s day-to-day operating team performs to the standard our guests expect.
An experienced operating team is already in place across restaurant and bar service, front office, housekeeping, and general resort operations. This is not a hands-on shift-running role — it is an oversight and stewardship role. The Owners’ Representatives will be the eyes and ears of ownership on the ground: monitoring service and quality standards, liaising between ownership and the on-site management team, overseeing financial and operational reporting, and stepping in to guide or support the team when standards slip or issues arise.
The role offers genuine flexibility and autonomy to enjoy the incredible surroundings, balanced against the responsibility of representing ownership’s interests across a 7-day resort operation.
Key Requirements
- Strong background in resort or hospitality operations, with working knowledge across restaurant/bar, front office, and housekeeping functions
- Experience overseeing or auditing operations rather than solely delivering service directly
- Ability to represent ownership’s interests with discretion, sound judgement, and clear reporting
- Comfortable managing relationships with an existing on-site management and staff team
- Financial literacy sufficient to review and report on resort performance to ownership
- Passionate about guest experience and quick to identify where standards need attention
- Ability to provide oversight of a 7-day resort operation while living on-site full time
