A place to make a difference

In this full-time, max-term (24 months) role, you’ll be based in the Vanuatu as part of our International Programs – REnew team, providing support to our partners across the Pacific to deliver inclusive, safe, and locally led programming.

As the REnew GEDSI and Partnerships Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in strengthening gender equality, disability and social inclusion (GEDSI), child safeguarding, and equitable partnerships across all REnew funded initiatives. From regional site visits to hands-on partner mentoring, your work will help ensure children, women, people with disabilities and marginalised communities are meaningfully included in climate resilience and renewable energy programs across the Pacific.

You will make a difference by:

  • Providing GEDSI and safeguarding technical support to REnew partners across program design and delivery
  • Supporting partners to embed inclusive, safe and participatory approaches throughout the project cycle
  • Delivering safeguarding, PSEAH and safe programming training and coaching to partner staff
  • Strengthening local partner capacity through mentoring, assessments and tailored workplans
  • Building effective relationships with civil society, private sector and government stakeholders
  • Sharing evidence, learning and insights to support continuous improvement and localisation
