CHIEF OPERATIONAL OFFICER

The Chief Operational Officer (COO) reports directly to the Managing Director and is responsible for leading, designing, and optimizing the company’s overall operational workflows, strategic execution, supply chain management, and high-level administrative functions. General duties include overseeing multi-departmental daily activities, driving efficiency across operational units, aligning cross-functional teams with company goals, and translating strategic vision into operational success. Additional responsibilities include working alongside executive leadership to manage risk, streamline systems, and foster organizational growth. Candidates must possess executive-level leadership skills, sharp strategic agility, exceptional communication capabilities, and a proven track record of operational excellence.

Salary: 3,500,000 VT – 5,500,000 VT annually (based on experience) + Benefits (incl. 100% employer-paid healthcare)
