APVL is part of a multinational company, Asian Paints Ltd, having a worldwide turnover in excess of USD 2 billion. The company is seeking a dynamic, highly experienced and qualified personnel for the position of UNIT HEAD.

Key Deliverables

The individual is expected to deliver the following key responsibilities amongst other duties:

• Planning and execution of sales strategies in the market
• Achievement of sales targets set as per the company plan
• Carry out sales promotion and other business development activities
• Identify growth areas for the company by carrying out in depth market study
• Overall administration of the unit and management of staff
• Ensuring compliance of the statutory matters

Qualification & Attributes

The individual must have academic qualification with either an MBA or a bachelor’s degree with majors in Sales, Marketing, Business or Commerce.
He or she must have a high level of integrity and be of good character. Also, he/she must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Navision and display excellent communication skills. Work Experience:
He or she must have proven work experience more than 10 years in a supervisory or managerial role in the paints industry.
